- If an address is provided that is incorrect, we will do our best to change it before shipping. Once shipped it is out of our reach to resolve the costumer(s) issue.
- All sales are final & non-refundable; Unless we "Carousel Project" made a mistake on our end by shipping a damaged piece of merchandise. Under those circumstances we will either provide a store credit or offer a replacement under the same pricing.
- We offer shipping both domestic & internationally.
- For domestic, we charge $5.00 for shipping unless the item is under a free shipping promotion.
- For international, shipping is under the USPS (United States Postal Service) pricing which varies in options for your choosing.
- We also offer a pick-up service. If you've selected "pick-up" during your purchase and live within/near Jackson Heights, Queens, NY area then you will be able to pick-up your purchase after an email was sent with the following instructions to pick up your item after a certain time of day.
- Although Carousel Project is an online clothing store, we do schedule our pick-up location where we stock our merchandise.
- We do our best to reply to emails quickly. Expected response time is normally within 1-5 business hours.
- All orders should be expected to ship out within 1-3 business days.
- All Preorders will have a (*) with a short note & the expected arrival date.
